Bendable Maine Digest
A monthly update on the lifelong learning system being shaped by Mainers for Mainers
What's New?

The Bendable Maine team is making a pivot.

By late next month, we will wrap up the design of our digital platform, with the aim of ensuring that it is easily accessible and feels authentically Maine to Mainers when it’s launched late this summer.

To that end, our Bendable Maine Fellows are actively collecting data and feedback from students, professionals, skilled trades workers, community leaders and retirees—anyone and everyone who is willing to help us shape the lifelong learning system. Fellows are also following up on every possible partnership opportunity.

If you or your organization would like to contribute, please contact Christina Kane-Gibson at [email protected].

As the design gets locked in, we will begin turning to a new phase of development: curating the content that will fill the Bendable Maine learning catalog. As part of this process, we will be holding in-person stakeholder meetings at the Lewiston Public Library on March 8 and the Bangor Public Library on March 9. A virtual session will also be added to the schedule. Identifying valuable learning content in every region of the state will drive the agenda.
