Even as local fitness centers reopen, many people are sure to feel leery about going to one in light of COVID-19. But continuing to shelter in place, if you so choose, doesn’t have to negatively impact your health. As a former pro football player, working out was once my job. Now, it has become a great way to destress—and I’ve found a number of ways to stay fit without going to the gym.
